Welcome to the USL League One coverage section of Southeast Soccer Report!

With Southeast Soccer Report, I’ll be providing specific coverage of the region’s USL League One teams, along with some others who will be providing team-specific coverage. This includes: Charlotte Independence, Chattanooga Red Wolves, Greenville Triumph, One Knoxville, FC Naples and South Georgia Tormenta. And hopefully one day, Dothan, Fort Myers, Sarasota, and Wilmington?

Might need a few more writers if that happens.

Our goal is to fill in the gap in written, sport-specific coverage, and highlight where such coverage already exists. You can expect match reports, breaking news, and of course our favorite: player profiles and interviews.

For those who don’t know me, I’m based in Richmond and have been writing about USL League One since 2022. I started covering the league with League One Updater, and now contribute most of my league content to Beyond the 90. I also contribute writing about the Richmond Kickers to River City 93, and recently joined The USL Show as a co-host. I’ve been a guest host on other league-centered podcasts, such as El Fuego Pod, One League Under the C and Walkin’ 90.
